
Elizabeth Noble Rollings Friman, Esq., Treasurer
Elizabeth is a principal of Fleming & Curti, PLC and concentrates her practice in trust administration, probate, guardianship, conservatorship, and estate planning. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a licensed private fiduciary. With the help of her team, she serves as trustee, personal representative, guardian, and conservator.
Elizabeth is often called upon to serve as a neutral party so that families can avoid protracted legal conflict. Elizabeth relies on the expertise of her team at Fleming & Curti, and as the firm approaches its third decade, she is proud of the culture of care and consideration that the firm embodies. Finding workable solutions to sensitive and complex family challenges is something that Elizabeth and the Fleming & Curti team do well.
Elizabeth’s interest in special needs planning and guardianship started with her desire to help individuals with special needs find meaningful and creative ways to engage in their community. Whether through work, service, recreation, or education, she believes each of us can contribute to our community.

Elizabeth is licensed to practice law in Arizona. In addition to serving on the Special Needs Alliance’s board, Elizabeth is serving on the Board of the Primavera Foundation and the Tucson Medical Center Hospital.
Elizabeth earned a B.A. (cum laude) from Connecticut College in New London, Connecticut and her J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law in Tucson, Arizona.
